Shower thoughts

I don’t know what’s worse

to die by obesity

or by hunger.

To die by

suicide

or brutal murder.

To die by

suffocating in the sea

or breath the dirty air on the ground.

To die by

living alone in depression

or living around the unwanted sounds.

To die by

getting shot by a gun

or getting stabbed by a knife.

I don’t know what’s worse,

to die

or have a life.

Hi! I am a 13-year-old currently studying in the Netherlands. For 5 years, I was studying in London and moved to India for some time in July 2019. First of all, I love playing the western flute and have been playing for quite a few years now. Playing and also, listening to music is definitely my passion. Some sports I enjoy playing are badminton, netball, swimming, football, cricket (these are the top 5!). Ok, so let’s talk about poetry. I wrote my first poem in a primary school in England and this inspired me to start writing poems on WordPress. Some of my recent poems are about global issues such as climate change, depression, bullying etc. Writing poetry is another passion of mine…so, check out my poems on WordPress. I don’t know what else I could say here so, hope you love my poems…..happy reading!!

  1. Life is nothing but slow poison. With every passing day, you’re nearer to the death bed and we celebrate this day coz 99.999999% belong to so called herd mentality.

About depression, one doesn’t kill themselves to shut the noise around but the one within themselves.

While a lot of obesity problems need the person suffering from it to work on it but for the hunger, it’s is the rest of human race working on, to end the starvation. Unfortunately, both the ends do not do anything. There are people being obese due to some medical conditions beyond repair but most, don’t want to work on it.

Its a better decision to end your life by yourself than being killed. Why? Coz you’re the decision maker at least. Whether suicide or being killed, under both situations, it us humans who force another to reach death.

Everyone alive is already dead. Some emotionally, some mentally…. Everyone will die just the way it would happen will differ.

Life is nothing but a countdown! A countdown of death. The clock is ticking and we think we’ve got enough time.

  2. This is so powerful. Title is perfect. But hey, living is much better than dying. If you die, you have no idea what beautiful treasures await you. Life may be tough, but there are so many amazing things waiting at the end of the tunnel! 💛🤗
